Return & Refund Policy

Clothing Returns

It's a Doggie Thing™ would be happy to refund (excluding the cost of shipping) or exchange any clothing item that does not fit or did not meet your expectations within 30 days from purchase. Please return the item in re-sellable, unwashed condition along with the original packaging and tags if applicable.  We will gladly exchange an item or refund the entire purchase price minus the cost of shipping to your credit card for all valid returns.

Accessory Returns
Please return all accessory items along with their original packaging and resalable condition.

Sticker Returns
Although
It's a Doggie Thing™ makes every effort to protect our stickers from damage during shipping, occasionally a sticker may become smudged or bent during delivery. In this situation, please email us at returns@itsadoggiething.com and we will promptly send you a new sticker. There is no need to return the damaged sticker. *Sometimes we require a photo to process the return.

Defective Products

It's a Doggie Thing™ will make every effort to exchange or credit for defective items quickly. If you think your merchandise is defective, please fill out the RMA for Here explaining the defect.

Please allow us up to 7 business days in order process your return or refund your credit card after receiving the shipment. In the event that you need your return handling to be expedited, please email us at
